Report and ask from the site, not the site office
Nothing new to learn. A WhatsApp message, a voice note or a phone call is the day's report, and the answer comes back from the project's own files before the truck leaves the yard. Or talk to Alex, just like you would an experienced colleague.

(04) Decisions and drift
Jobs are rarely lost to one bad decision. They are lost to a hundred small events on site that nobody is holding together.
The pour that moved, the delivery that didn't come, the instruction the engineer gave the foreman, the inspection that wasn't done, the notice that wasn't sent: each one is small, and together they erode your margin until the job makes a loss. Alex holds them all at once, from every report, decision, date and rand in one place, checks the job against them every day, and raises the one that's slipping the moment it slips, with its owner, so nothing is argued from memory at the final account.
The executive team you couldn't hire, in the room at once
Most contractors can't afford a CFO, a commercial director, a lawyer and a head of HR on the payroll. Those who can still can't get them round one table the moment a decision is needed. (05) Pricing
Priced per project. Free for everyone on site.
Pick the plan that best fits your projects and your company. Pay for each live job by its contract value, with the site team and up to five people at head office included. Add the company plan for the executive team, and put the model on the jobs you want to see. Nobody on a project is a seat.

Easy onboarding, project by project

The company plan is monthly, or a year for the price of ten months.

(06) Sign-in and your data
Your company's data is yours alone
Sign in with your work email and a password or one-time code, or with Google or Microsoft. Alex asks Google and Microsoft only for your name, email address, and profile picture, and uses them solely to create your account, sign you in, and show colleagues who recorded a decision. Nothing else is requested. Your company owns everything it records in Alex, and we never sell it. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Zero data retention by default
The AI models that power Alex run with zero data retention and data collection switched off. Calls, voice notes and document reading go through the processors our Privacy Policy names.
Personal means personal
A connected mailbox, a WhatsApp chat or a private note is its owner's alone, never shown to a colleague or an admin.
